This is the government’s idea of food security! When the media is full of warnings about climate change food scarcity, what is England’s farmland used for? Housing! Wouldn’t be so bad if it was affordable, but it’s not! Who can afford £350k to start.

In light of the way #HelenWhatley and the Tories are carrying on, I think it’s time every one of you signed this petition.

Because let’s call this what it is: disabled people are being scapegoated.

We are being portrayed as lazy, entitled and a burden, as though the support we need to live is some generous gift we should constantly be grateful for.

It is the same dangerous political tactic we see used against migrants: pick a group, blame them for problems they didn’t create, stir up resentment and hope nobody looks too closely at those actually responsible.

Hate against disabled people is no more acceptable than hate directed at migrants, or anyone else.

Enough is enough.

Please sign the petition, share it and show them that disabled people will not be their political punchbags.

Government are saying remove PIP so disabled people are forced to work jobs that don’t exist or die, but PIP helps a lot of disabled people to work!
