the intense growth is to the North, East & ESPECIALLY the South End.

but only 1/4-1/3 of Uptown proper within the tiny central I-277 loop has really been intensely developed.

wouldn’t the effective order-of-operation be forming an actual party or a viable path to exploit the GOP instead, to gain leverage, BEFORE breaking with Dems?
