@AmericanAir my trip was HORRIBLE. not only was i forced to check my carry on to my international final destination, but I was forced to sit on the tarmac for SIX hours with no food nor water. I was then not assisted in booking a new connecting flight that I missed-- which was

@Iberia_en customer service is horrendous. my bag has been lost for 8 days now with all of my valuable items and they have done nothing to help me locate it.
