@DublinAirport I left a bag of duty free on a flight on sat night on arrival in Dublin. I’ve been passed from one place to another trying to find out how to get it back & have now been told it would have been handed into customs. Can you provide contact details for customs?

@DublinAirport Yes but they’ve said any duty free would have been handed into customs & to contact them. I can’t find contact details on airport website.

@AerLingus Thanks - it was the 21.25 EI 3229 GLA-DUB flight & the bag was left in the overhead bin at seat 16F

@aerlingus - I have been trying to change a flight in the app & online for the last week. The app tells me there is an error & the website does not go anywhere when I click the change flight link. Is there an issue with the app / website?

@FlogasIreland I have already tried by email. They’ve been very unhelpful. Very slow to respond / ignoring my emails. When I called to switch address they never informed me they were entering me into a new contract or cancelling my old one.

@FlogasIreland I asked for my supply address to be changed-instead you’ve cancelled my contract, clawed back my cashback & entered me in a new contract without informing me or allowing me review the new plan / compare against other suppliers ! What kind of service is that?!

@IrishRail Hi - I was at the station and the northbound lift was not working as the station attendant also confirmed. I am on the way back to the station now so don’t want to get stuck on wrong side of tracks with a buggy
