@Headteacherchat I took up headship when my son was 8 months old. It was tough with night feeds still going on! It was also a really positive challenge. My son was at home with his dad until old enough to go to nursery. The job was so rewarding, work life balance was really challenging.

@Headteacherchat Seeing the whole school playing together, den-building and obstacle course-making. Whole-school assembly, parent curriculum celebration days, face to face meetings, basically people connecting with people freely.
