@GAMEdigital my sons headset broke, just snapped, clean break on the headband, turtle beach brilliant said yep needs replacing take it to game. Game won’t replace it as it’s a ‘clean break’, figure that out so 12 year old wasted £90 on a product that’s faulty & game won’t replace
