@Beardune @OriginalJumperD @BikeWinnipeg It references the 20kph limit in Calgary. For context, this goes largely unenforced except in the spring in the same spot at peak commuting times. There are also high use areas where 10kph is the limit. Overall, I'd say that the limits are not adhered to.

@asadyyc Not enough. Events like Calgary Folk Festival show how lacking the options are at the Saddledome and McMahon. There's no push for the property management to add it in either, they make more money off the parking lots.

@rinrat86 I think there was a ticket/education blitz at Edworthy earlier in the spring with bylaws. I personally like the signs that light up when you're over a certain speed as there's no way to know how fast you're going without a cycle computer
