Most people chase roles, I chased contribution!

I joined @StoryProtocol around October last year, and within just 2 months, I earned the OG role in the community.

People often say I was one of the fastest users to achieve OG, and this is how I did it:

> I focused only on high-quality content.
> I introduced X Spaces to the Story community, before that, no one was really hosting spaces around Story.
>I hosted Karaoke's and tutorial sessions within Discord server.
> I joined every event hosted by others and made sure i speak and contribute equally.

> Within 5 months, I hosted 25+ spaces covering Story updates, ecosystem discussions, and 3 Karaoke's. I also gave new users a chance to come on mic, share their POVs, and contribute to the community.

One of the major thing IMO is:

> I didn’t limit myself to my own region.
> I built genuine friendships and connections with people from different parts of the world, which helped me grow both personally and within the community.

Although I was never a fan of chat farming just to earn roles. But by naturally spending time in the server, supporting discussions, and hanging out with friends, I still ended up reaching around 15k chats.

At the end of the day, I didn’t just earn the OG role but I became part of a strong community, and that will always be one of my biggest wins with Story.
