@FirstBSA This has just happened twice in a row - first the 376 and now the 92. I had to run from one stop to the other just to have another bus disappear from the app / timetable. Why is your service constantly so unreliable?

@Ents24 2/2 Now I’ve had an email from you saying my booking has gone through and I’ve been charged! How can this be resolved please? I wouldn’t have booked elsewhere if your website hadn’t said the booking didn’t go through.

@Ents24 1/2 I just tried to place an order, at the point of booking I was given an error message saying the session had timed out and booking couldn’t be completed. So I booked through a different ticket supplier.

@RoyalMail my customers order has been stolen from its packaging and she was left with an empty box! These boxes can’t just fall open so obviously deliberate. How do I get this looked at?
