@BiltRewards Y'all seriously have the W0RST customer service EVER. My trip is in two days. Hotel cancelled for no reason. Tried getting it resolved to no avail. Now I keep getting an error trying to rebook on my own. This is absolutely INSANE. Please contact me to make this right.
