@theAliceRoberts I know 2 people who had covid, then got double jabbed then recently caught covid again. Vaccines aren't the silver bullet people hope them to be. There are other ways to help our immune systems but we're not allowed to talk about them.

@jessbrammar V v long discussion! As a mum of two with some limited knowledge of Chinese medicine, I'd caution any mum going into full on exercise. Birth & breast feeding really are a drain on a mum's energy.need nourishment & rest or overdoing it might catch up with you e.g. thyroid disorder
