@Chris_Skinner I fear AI is the 2026 version of the IVR: 'how do we save costs by sticking this between the customer and humans in the bank?' Tech seen as a silver bullet that will fix decades of legacy process and organisational shortcomings? It's tech+people+process. AI not a shortcut?!
@Makro_SA your customer service is beyond pathetic!! We order a fridge on-line for delivery Friday. We have been called every day to be told the unit is out for delivery! Now the order has been cancelled? And no-one can tell us why!

And @fastjet you owe the staff at Victoria Falls airport, your system issues means they had to return to paper based check in, and the staff here have been superb, absolutely professional , managing long queues and grumpy people. I suggest you buy them all dinner and drinks!
