@beeeemooooo Have you tried Parking Garage Rally Circuit? The physics there would suit you as well as the uncapped boost limit for a higher skill ceiling.
@sustainuntruth The level geometry seems also very tame compared to what was on offer in previous games single player modes. The existence of the tank might point to a certain rigid design they will have to follow...
@TelevisualWord Spending some last days in drone Sims I would say that DRL has the best beginner training program and Liftoff has way easier and simpler race tracks than Uncrashed.
@joeviewtiful22@CiaKids Replaying it today I was surprised with how some spaces were unusually open and not pristine prepared to be played in for a 3rd person shooter. The last level had a great run of constantly changing sizes from big areas to narrow ones.
@exceedorbit Nice. AC4FA escapes the power fantasy criticism because it still retain a modicum of actual vehicle control? What makes it work in your opinion?
@TelevisualWord A bit on the side: Another interesting step in this sphere are such haptic jackets that would attune you to the virtual environment. I can see them being a detriment thou while trying to be in an more experimental state of drone flying training.
@TelevisualWord Getting a controller is the first step and then just getting the hours in. The instincts that you learn on simulators I doubt are very different from the ones acquired in a real world.
@Niflheimm155983 I have yet to spend in it as much time as in other arcade games but I adore its user experience. Short, packed runs, practice mode that lets me train granularly and then the randomness on display during the runs making for freshness every time.
