$AREC: I wanted to take some time to try and piece together the equipment shown in these images shared by @markcjensen

I am not 100% sure, but these are just my best guesses. If anyone else is familiar with the equipment shown, please feel free to share your thoughts.

1. Watermark Filter Press

The massive machine with the Watermark label seems to be a filter press. A filter press is a solid-liquid separation system. It takes a slurry (a liquid with suspended solids), pumps it into a series of filter plates covered with filter cloths, and uses pressure to separate:

- The liquid (filtrate) > exits the press and can be recycled or sent to the next process step.
- The solids (filter cake) > remain trapped between the plates and are discharged when the press opens.

As we know, the LAD chromatography refining platform starts by dissolving feedstocks (magnets, mixed rare earth concentrates, coal-derived materials, batteries, etc.) into solution before the chromatography separation occurs. Throughout that workflow there are multiple stages where insoluble material has to be removed. That's where a filter press comes in.

2. Flexicon bulk bag unloading/powder handling systems

The indoor yellow/blue equipment that's branded Flexicon seems to be more pre-processing equipment. Flexicon is known for making bulk solids handling systems. These look like bulk bag unloading/powder handling systems, likely with integrated hoppers, hoists, and conveyors/feeders. The “4,000 lbs max load” labeling and the Harrington hoist boxes are consistent with equipment used to lift and discharge large super sacks of powder or granular material.

So - based on what we know of the ReElement process, this is more pre-processing equipment. These systems would likely be used to handle dry inputs or outputs such as mixed rare earth carbonates, mixed rare earth oxides, recycled magnet powder, precipitated rare earth oxides, specialty mineral powders, reagents, or other bagged feedstock/product materials.

Things are REALLY starting to come together here. It's truly wonderful to see. I love the continued picture updates out of Marion as they help in visualizing the progress made week by week.

@probzunknown Look forward to your share price projections for AREC for next few years even after REElement breaks off as separate IPO (possibly next year), how will that effect AREC or will 19% ownership still stay in tact after IPO??
