@Qantas @Qantas Arrived at Sydney Airport for QF1 to London only to be told my seat’s entertainment system is non-operational for an almost 24-hour journey.
Things break - that’s understandable. What isn’t acceptable is the complete lack of customer service that followed.

@qantas No apology, no immediate attempt to find an alternative seat, no effort to resolve the issue. The response from both the sales desk and gate staff felt more like I was inconveniencing them by asking than a customer who had paid thousands of dollars for a long-haul flight.
