@joshua_meatus@___TheGOOdWitch Thanks for the reply. Although, it seems that you misunderstood me. It's not a defence for religious governance. That's theocracy. The Christian desire to protect the unborn is a pursuit of protection for the victim. God's laws are for God's people, safety is for everyone.
@alikibria00@Edenlife9 Yes they would and yes they should. And history has nothing to do with it. Christianity, unlike Islam, evolves. Christianity is not a political system. Only in Christianity can you find the 'secular' which gives space for culture and politics to be areligious
@benjaminay2@HabibiResponds@Edenlife9 His response to the disgusting approach to sex in Islam is to evoque the respectful attitude of keeping yourself clean in Christianity.
@IslaamWinsAgain@Edenlife9 Still don't think you've got the concept : Christians are not supposed to follow any prophet's example. Only Jesus was put up as an example.
Muhammad, to the Muslim, is the "greatest example" back then and today.
@dexter59526179@israel_advocacy Christian Americans ? Don't confuse politics with Christianity. American does not = Christian. Christian war is not justifiable.
Muslim war, however, is very justifiable.
@Mfrazr89@TheJexodus@BrysonGray My friend, that's not a "gotcha." That longer ending in Mark is presented in bibles as "not in the earliest and most reliable manuscripts." That's because we have the early, reliable manuscripts. And all of those manuscripts...prove Islam is false.
@dexter59526179@israel_advocacy Only problem is that Islam is always in the context of war. "O believers! Fight the disbelievers around you and let them find firmness in you." 9:123
@NikitaTamimi@FrontlinesTPUSA The ’tradition’ of Joseph being 90 is to defend the catholic idea that Mary never had sex. So if he was: they never consummated, so what’s the problem? But the real issue is Mohammed is supposed to be the best example. Joseph isn’t an example to Christians
@jvnior@InspiringPhilos Love that you're diving into the Hebrew context. Now do the same with Mark 14:62. How would his1st century Jewish audience respond to that?
