On nights in ICU over weekend. ‘Turning team ‘ came round to help reposition patients . One lady was a dental technician from unit at our sister hospital. Very nervous as such a world away from her normal working environment but so keen to ‘do her bit’ and help out...👏👏👏

@TantamKate Starting a patient diary & the couple of minutes in a shift writing in it really appear to make a difference.I work as part of the nursing team in our ‘Follow up’ clinic . Patients & their families are always keen to have their diaries returned & view them as a valuable resource
