about 60% of the cartons I check have at least one broken egg in them. Who doesn't check what they are buying? It's like not smelling melons, or not squeezing avacados : )

@wrdodger It's what we'd call a ragworm in the UK. Really good bait for fishing. The other common one is a lugworm. Both can be found by digging between the twin burrow entrances.
One is like a little funnel (things go in) and one is like a little pie of sand (where they push stuff out)

@PulpLibrarian weren't they also radiactive? I recall there was an issue with them not being suitable for landfill because of it.
Something that glowed in the dark was powered by some isotope or other. We had radioactive plastic playballs based on the same tech when i was a child !
