Here again we have the ridiculous claim that trans identifying men do not have the “institutional power“ to rape women and girls. The fact is that you don’t need institutional power to rape. You just need to be able to overpower or intimidate your victim into compliance. As we have seen over and over and over again, trans identifying men have no problem with that.
