This has to be a joke. I found this on the @vueling LinkedIn page. The “Vueling Vision” is full of empty words with no action. Upholding the legal obligations made by the Montreal convention is CERTAINLY not a part of the “Vueling Vision.” #neverflyvueling #givememyluggage

It’s been over the required 21 days that I had to wait until my luggage is considered “lost” so I can file for compensation. Guess what! The @vueling chat bot is once again being unhelpful. The website won’t let me make my claim. This is illegal.
