Make sure you’re actually ready to go vegan and are prepared well. Many people make the mistake of diving in head first with no clue what they’re doing. It’s a huge leap to go from eating animal products most of ur life to never having them again go slow be aware
As a pointer, most vegans like to take some or all of the following for an extra health boost:
B Vitamins (extremely important, especially B12)
Iron
Omega 3’s
Calcium
Magnesium
Iron
Vitamin D
Zinc
