@morphinelovemua the concept of crying “whiteface” is actually diabolical. idk who needs to hear this but there’s no such thing! starr is a typical cry bully.
Florida Democratic Senate nominee Angie Nixon was confronted by a heckler Monday at a Banned Books Week event at Café Resistance, her Jacksonville bookstore and coffee shop, over a wall in the shop featuring 12 Black activists, including Angela Davis, George Jackson, Mumia Abu-Jamal and Assata Shakur.
"Multiple people on that wall are people that killed cops," the person said, implying Nixon was celebrating them. "So am I supposed to hide history?" Nixon replied. "Do you want me to ban history?" She said "people should know what they did, what they were convicted of, what [they] were exonerated of."
Nixon then defended the Black Panther Party's legacy, pointing to its free breakfast programs and community health clinics. She contrasted those with Republican Sen. Ashley Moody's vote for Trump's 2025 tax and spending law, which Nixon said is cutting Medicaid and threatening health care for hundreds of thousands of Floridians.

One of the biggest Zionists on cable “news”, Dana Bash, was just confronted by protesters for refusing to stand up to Israel for murdering over 260 Palestinian journalists. This is how it’s done. No peace for these genocide enablers.
@AngieNixon@MaxwellFrostFL@JDVance that’s what they do when they can’t argue the policies you support.
we’re all with you! keep pushing!! the left believes in you!
the people who did this walk among us. we are rehabilitating those in the biden admin who facilitated this already. the trump admin is continuing it. the triggermen get to roam our streets and those who demand accountability for this heinous crime are treated like criminals.
I asked @SarahLongwell25 for examples of Democrats she thinks are doing a good job of communicating their message
She listed four
— Pete Buttigieg
— Jon Ossoff
— Zohran Mamdani
— Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez

When it comes to choosing corporations over our communities, I’ll always be with our communities!
This is our first commercial, but to make sure we get in front of so many I haven’t met yet, it will take ALL of us.
Mamdani is being sued by the National Supermarket Association for trying to open 5 state-funded grocery stores with reasonable prices.
Supermarkets claim they can't compete with Mamdani's prices and that these stores shouldn't be allowed.
For years, New Yorkers have demanded access to City records about the lasting health impacts of the horrific September 11th attacks. For years, they have been denied and ignored.
That ends today.
My administration is launching a free online portal for 9/11-related documents and releasing the first 170,000 pages today — available now at https://t.co/YnJTIIZ3lt.
These records prove what families and first responders have long known: City government knew the conditions around Ground Zero were dangerous — yet lied to New Yorkers.
Thousands pay the price for this. They bear the effects of that day every time they struggle to breathe or visit the doctor. More people have died from 9/11-related illnesses than were killed on the day itself.
As we mark twenty five years since September 11th, our vow to Never Forget will not waver. We will remember — and honor — those we have lost with the accountability and honesty they deserve.
