@nid_log i absolutely hold a suspension of disbelief when it comes to the grudge cause no one likes to hear “i’m not over my ex from hs” lol but the way past and present ritsu operates with his anxiety, overthinking, and sheltered life idk it makes it easier for me to believe but i get it
@nid_log lol i also get it that he’s definitely a drama king... but tbf he believed for a decade that saga used him, then takano at the beginning at least messes with him and isn’t very clear. near when the countdown was getting super close it got kinda unnecessary but he’s evened out imo
@nid_log ritsu has always been an over thinker and a genuine person from oda thinking he’s being used by his first bf vs ten years later when he quits his job as rumors of nepotism get to him. i think he’s very endearing with his overthinking. imo his personality didn’t change much
@nid_log i agree his backstory is not as deep as the others, but i think this trauma he made for himself makes sense. saga never really expressed his love for oda as he was quiet and in his emo phase. yes saga did say ily at least once but oda didn’t hear
@nid_log noooo it wasn’t all the same day, it’s unreliable narration by 15y/o ritsu. the last episode of sih shows that it was a longer timeframe with takano’s perspective
@nid_log i’m actually the opposite haha i only like seeing akihiko from isaka’s pov. i could write lots about asaisa but it just scratches my brain that isaka is a confident, eccentric and capable ceo but with asahina he can fully take off that mask and that confidence hinges on asahina
@nid_log i get it, i suppose i just personally like seeing the duality of him being a selfish president compared to being a selfish insecure ass to asahina lol
@fujin0h only thing i can think of about them is when isaka got published into a magazine when he got promoted to ceo he glazed his own picture then immediately got a marriage interview lol. other than that idrk but i like to imagine asahina is average while isaka is “so above his league”
