I applied priority visa for UK and gave biometrics on 27th August but still there is no update on my visa. When I contacted UKVI, they replied that a decision has been made on my application.I have taken premium lounge and I'm not able to know where my passport is

I applied for UK student visa on August 27th under priority category with premium lounge facility at VFS Bangalore...
I haven't received any update on my passport yet....
It has been around 10 days...
