@AJIOLife I am having the worst experience with Ajio brand… the customer care has raised 3 complaints and pushing my issue further. The most incapable team to handle clients. I have called multiple times and sent a detailed email, however there is no resolution. @vineethnair8
Thank you for your quick response. Recognizing the need for change and governance is the first step towards solving the problem. Wishing you the best in improving your client services, I hope no other tourist or visitor has to face the ordeal that we did and the sanity of this place is maintained to its core.

AUROVILLE – A HIGHLY OVERRATED & UNSAFE EXPERIENCE
1. EXTREME HYPE, DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE – The meditation centre is highly praised, but the actual experience was unpleasant.
2. RUDE & ARROGANT STAFF – The woman managing the inside tour guide and vehicle tour was egoistic, ill-mannered, aggressive, and unhelpful.
3. MISGUIDED TOUR INFORMATION
We visited Auroville on March 15, 2025, hoping for a peaceful experience.
We were falsely informed that the cab and guide would cover the Matri Mandir viewpoint, but we had to walk there ourselves.
Initially, they did not ask for payment but later took our names and made us wait for an hour.
4. INEFFICIENT & DOMINATING MANAGEMENT
The team handling the tours was disorganized and disrespectful.
The woman at the counter was extremely rude, refused feedback, and denied us the tour out of arrogance.
She refunded our money instead of addressing concerns, just to assert her authority.
5. FALSE EXCUSES & UNPROFESSIONALISM
After waiting, we were told the cab slot was full and had to wait another hour.
It was clear the entire management was controlled by this one woman.
6. HARASSMENT & PHYSICAL VIOLENCE
I took some pictures for an online review.
Despite no signage prohibiting photography, this woman harassed us, physically attacked us, pulled my bag, bruised my hand, and forced us to delete pictures.
7. AUSPICIOUS PLACE, TERRIBLE STAFF
Auroville is meant to be a peaceful meditation centre, but such behavior ruins its reputation.
Not a safe place for women, ironically made unsafe by another woman.
FINAL VERDICT: AVOID AUROVILLE
1. Unsafe, mismanaged, and unprofessional staff.
2. Disrespectful treatment of visitors.
3. Definitely NOT recommended for a peaceful experience.
4. Travelers, especially women, should be cautious
@amazonIN “Amazon refunds product value and running away from actual concern and issue of product pickup.” Strategy to avoid complaints. 6 days done struggle continues on the product to get picked up from my place.they conveniently escape by saying no access. No solution approach
