@Paytm Very worst response from customer care for a refund of bus ticket. Operator is ready for a refund but I'm getting message from paytm customer care that operator is not willing for a refund. We could not contact customer care through calls. very worst service. Totally fedup

@Paytmcare Imagine a passenger travels whole night in an AC bus without AC Sweating & suffocating the whole night & paytm comes back saying operator has not confirmed for a refund but operator refuses this claim. Where in passengers who booked tickets through @redBus_in have a refund.

@idea_cares I recharged in myidea app for 12rs which shows as 500sms for 30days. After recharge I received a SMS saying 250sms for 5days.

@idea_cares it was addressed. Never give false promises of refund and later say that u dnt apply for refund. Bad experience though.
