Addu as a tourist destination has a lot of potential! Currently from my research of the Bangladeshi market, the best way to appeal to most is to add more variety.

We’re planning on creating a package where tourists get to spend 2nights in Colombo (shopping and some sightseeing) and 3 nights in Addu (Relax and Adventure) the Colombo-gan route will be used for this

We’re also trying to make a package where they can fly direct from dhaka to malé via US bangla, spend a day in Malé maybe do a city tour. And then fly to addu domestically via Maldivian.

This is going to help boost addu as a destination to a lot of markets!

I’m at DTM representing inner Maldives, but we’re promoting addu heavily because we believe in the potential it has!
