@the_museumfolk Oof I had an intern like this. Except he never followed the instructions and I constantly had to reexplain. We ended up having what I hope was a direct but kind talk about active listening. Easier though because interns are there to learn (collections and gen’l work environment)

@JohnWFerguson My personal theory is it started when Juneteenth became a state holiday and someone mistook AV as union headquarters. There's not really mention of the AV connection until 1980. Then GDN story June 3, 1981 the story grows from Granger "issuing" it to "reading" it from the balcony
