@lauraelees@JohannaMHancock@fzafarz @ASOS I haven’t had it collected yet. But in the email they sent me it said any returns would be updated as normal 🤷🏼♀️ I don’t hold a lot of hope though to be honest 😂 they’ve lost the plot!

@JohannaMHancock@fzafarz @ASOS Did they reactivate your account? I had to do this recently because Klarna were chasing me for payments for items it took them nearly 2 weeks to update 😵💫
@JohannaMHancock@fzafarz @ASOS I have the same issue! Returns outstanding, the chat won’t help because my account is blocked and can’t return the items I have at home because I can’t create the labels - @ASOS you’re actually the worst company going 😵💫
