Exercise is a great way of relieving stress, with or without your baby.

If you feel that things are getting too much take some time to de-stress with some light exercise.

It will be good for all the family so no need to feel guilty.

•Infants could be at risk of becoming tangled, especially if they try to remove a masks/covering, potentially causing serious injury

[KirkleesLSCP @KirkleesLSCP]

Babies and toddlers under 3 should not wear face masks/coverings because:
•They have smaller airways making breathing through a cloth harder
•They can suffocate, as they can’t remove the masks/coverings if needed

Waking up next to these feet because my two year old thinks it’s ok to get up insanely early and get in my bed and repeatedly kick me in the head 🙄
