The most stressful part of this situation hasn’t even been the hotel, it’s trying to get an actual answer from EasyJet without them passing the buck and promising someone will call back (they don’t)

Booked a holiday through easyJet and the first 2 pictures were what was shown on the website when booking. Now all the photos have been updated and the hotel suddenly looks completely different… so what exactly did I pay for then? @easyJet
For days I’ve been passed between agents, told managers would call me back (they didn’t), asked to send screenshots/evidence(was ignored), told it was being reviewed internally and that I would get a reply that day (3 days ago)??
