@DrEilidhMaria Training jobs are important, but look at the consultant jobs, what they do, what they are expected to do on call etc not just the training. Training is 5-12 years. You’ll be a consultant for more than double that!

@zackferguson You should get paid if you do a KIT day. Assuming it’s the same as mat leave you can do up to 10 (I think - but others may know better). Can be a conference/training as well as clinical stuff.
