@TMobile once again #FAILS any semblance of #CustomerService. Messaged to inquire as to why #voicemails are SIGNIFICANTLY delayed...only to be CALLED AT 11PM AT NIGHT, and told that "it's your phones"... (1/2)
Both @Woot and @QVC did the right thing by refunding all monies due. @UPS, on the other hand, denied any responsibility, despite photographic evidence of the driver falsifying delivery. #CustomerService is CLEARLY lacking with #UPS , as was evidenced with this "claim" process.
@woot THREE emails requesting assistance/replacement as their contracted @UPS delivery service falsified delivery/time of to enable the theft of our package. Demanding remediation IMMEDIATELY, as the authorities have been notified. #CustServ#CustomerService
@UPS I doubt that, @ups, given the curt nature of your "#CustomerService" email (with a donotreply name, no less) basically indicating you checked your gps, etc. The issue is you have a driver (drivers) who are falsifying deliveries then taking the packages.

@woot@UPS Yes, claim has already been submitted. Report issued with local police. Will someone from @Woot be reaching out to me? A replacement should be issued.
