@wrexham Personal experience last Thursday at Wrexham Maelor - daughter in A & E for 27 hours, young girl next to her 29 hours and still no bed for her . On-line waiting time not updated - staff working full pelt to reduce patients waiting to be seen.

@Beckenh4m @sainsburys A friend of mine was using @sainsburys Oxton a few weeks ago and there were no manned tills only self service. When complained to manager was told it was due to budget restrictions . Having to do a weekly shop using self service was no joke.
