Traffic ctrl on the A134 between Barnham and Ingham and again at Fornham St Martin. Lastly with the road closure at Bury St. Eds Train Station.

Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay2019 and 1 in 5 of us will suffer or be diagnosed with depression during our lives.

A busy week at work or other stuff going on can make it hard to be enthused.

Once I can drag myself off the couch and get out on the trails though, I wonder what the problem was! 😁
