@agbyte_leet While I only met Craig a few times, his passion for the agriculture and contributions to Australian farming community was far reaching. The loss is heart breaking. I extend my love and thoughts for his family and friends.
@agbyte_leet@gsandral@Sentek Unfortunately I have to start that process too, but significantly less probes. But majority of my area doesn’t have 4g signal. But have a question- do you use a slurry method to install probes or have a tight fit and hammer them in? What size auger? Cheers
@S_M_Bowman I have never applied this mix but I do know that Chlorpyrifos is not compatible with iron ( in youre bore water). But responses do indicate other farmers have experienced problems with this brew, so may not be the issue.
The importance of soil health can’t be overstated, directly impacting crop productivity, nutrient availability, water retention, and pest & disease. Well managed soil is essential for sustainable and productive practices in agricultural systems. #Sustainability#SoilHealth
From left to right double knock with 2L and 0%, 1%, 2% and 3% AMS. Visual suppression of biomass went from 85% to 93%, 94%, 99%. Next is to check with deionized (rain) water to possibly understand further. Thanks to @kenflower7 for the initial input to do this small trial.

During the Xmas break, I did two small glasshouse studies to learn about Basta (glufosinate, Group 10) action in combination with other MoA (Group 1 and 5). The three-way mix delivered 100% control on resistant ryegrass (left bottom corner of photo). See 👇👇 for deets.

We’re piloting the release of a fungus to help farmers tackle the weed flaxleaf fleabane. ✅
Our research with @AgriFuturesAU and @theGRDC found the fungus only infects the weed, leaving non-target species alone. https://t.co/rj4IUkTz9C
