@AerLingus 5th cancelled flight in 4 days here In Munich. Arrived at airport today for flight to be cancelled, no text, email or support. Somehow ye are still selling the flight online? No Aer lingus staff at the airport. No help with accommodation or transport. An absolute joke

@AerLingus Automatic bot replies yet again. The best we’ve been offered is a flight to Amsterdam tomorrow night at 8pm then to Dublin at 9. A disgrace.

They won’t fly us home till Wednesday. There is options online to fly us to LHR with BA then onto DUB but they are refusing

@AerLingus hundreds of us have been stranded here since Saturday. We’ve had no assistance with accommodation or transport. The earliest option we’ve been given to come home is Thursday. There needs to be a recovery flight set up ASAP
