@VZWSupport @Verizon I’m trying to log in to VerizonUp. It says my account is locked, prompts me to reset my pswd, & then demands my zip code, then says it doesn’t match your records. I’m convinced it’s impossible to get actual live customer service, & your automated channels don’t work.
@verizon - it’s dumbfounding how horrible your app & customer service are. Call? Your IVR hangs up on me. Online? Locked... & it tells me to call. Try to schedule for you to call me? Same lousy locked message. ABYSMAL. 🤬
@simongterry I literally don’t subscribe to a single email newsletter. Conceptually, curation might have value - but in this age of wildly polarized political & social perspectives it’s very challenging to find neutral shares. I don’t want echo chambers, nor am I interested in bias.
