@TheCoopLive@coopuk If only logging onto the presale was actually possible, just kept logging me into the app and then no links for presale, absolute shambles
@O2 Hi @O2, thanks for reaching out to help resolve this. Thankfully I have managed to come to a resolution. After initially being gaslit by @vuecinemas on the cause of the error (see email thread below) they have finally admitted it was a fault on their website
Hey @O2 and @VueCinemas, I need help with an O2 Priority voucher issue that your support team is failing to resolve. The T&Cs state the voucher is valid for "Regular" seats at non-Lux sites (like Bury), but I’m being charged a £2 "upgrade" fee per ticket. 1/3
I have a screening this Saturday and need to book the seats I am entitled to under the O2 Priority agreement. Can someone please help me book without these unearned fees? #O2Priority#VueCinemas@O2Priority 3/3
I’ve been told by your email support (Ticket ID: 610828) that this is a "Strobe FX" fee. I’ve already proven this is false by testing the code on a non-strobe screening of Wuthering Heights where the fee still applies. It is clearly a tiered seating system error. 2/3
@Xperience_Snr@FabrizioRomano Is he a "high quality footballer" that shouldn't accept playing for Roma or an "average player" that United are overpaying? Pick a lane
@agilepredict I only jumped on agile in April when I bought my EV so I haven't experienced an autumn/winter on it, would now be a good time to jump over to their EV tariff at 7p over night or are the current high prices unusual?
@SandyofSuffolk You will need to get a smart meter but the agile tariff on Octopus has saved me a fortune. Not sure your situation but I live by myself so can shift usage for dishwasher/washing machine. I also have an electric car which has cost me £41 to charge since April! My bills are £60-£70
