@AbsaSouthAfrica hi, if you want us to do the FICA process via the app, why is it not visible? Not user friendly.

Congrats to @LinusTech on the Commuter Backpack launch! Looks great. What an amazing product.

We were in the process of trashing ours, then realized it could be used to farm engagement instead.

RT to win a free Commuter Backpack, shipped anywhere in the world. We'll pick one winner in 24 hours.

@VoxTelecom Just a note that Ruan Prinsloo in your tech support department is so fantastic! After 1.5hrs on the phone, finding many issues, he finally got us up an running with Internet 🙌

[Ross Howard @rossmannn]

@VoxTelecom in case you didn't know 😂 your help line sux. There is only so long someone can be prepared to hold...

[Ross Howard @rossmannn]

@VoxTelecom Unable to 🤷🏻

[Ross Howard @rossmannn]

@VoxTelecom I don't think that's wise to do on a public platform

[Ross Howard @rossmannn]

@VoxTelecom I call tech support... Over 15min wait time is too long. I need help setting up my router & getting Internet back up.

@AbsaSouthAfrica Will do. Thanks. It's been a real uphill battle so far.

I lost my sister and brother-in-law in a crash in December. Moved to Durban from Joburg, at huge risk, to take over care of my nieces. The will is with @AbsaSouthAfrica Just a warning to those leaving a will... Do not put it in the hands of a bank, especially not #Absa

[Ross Howard @rossmannn]

I have my bond with @AbsaSouthAfrica & have used their car finance & many other products. But their Estate department is seriously lacking, communication is poor, their human to human interaction dismal.

[Ross Howard @rossmannn]

This has been one of the most unexpected times... Mind bending really, & hard to process. I've still not processed it all. Pain & Love mixed with a new reality. #liveeachday #lovelots #bepresent

[Ross Howard @rossmannn]

Wow this is a lot of rain here in Durban tonight. Hope everyone is alright 🙏❤️💧🌧️

[Ross Howard @rossmannn]

I'm not sure I can pack another box today... Do you ever see how ppl have been so #kind & wondering how to be kind back?
