What a cool day. I've been teaching the benefits of meditation as part of mindfulness! We ate chocolate, debated the stresses of being a sixth form student. I then guided a meditation session. It was really great to see everyone so engaged and open minded 🧘🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Film Club 🎟️ this week we watched @PixarTurningRed what an incredible movie. A clever and sensitive film about gender, womanhood, anxiety, mental health, culture, education and friendship and a super cuddly Red Panda ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ we all loved it!
