here’s my two cents on this whole situation (this is my opinion)
you can like ttp, ptt, pttp whatever it’s up to you and it doesn't matter but this discourse happens every week over everything
i know they chose TTP to settle the debate, but teetee and por are also adults with their own thinking and autonomy. not everything they do is a conspiracy.
if teetee wants to call himself a seme and por an uke then it's up to him, he jokes about it a lot. teetee can be taller than por, even if it’s by a little, and he can acknowledge it it’s fine (we know how much he likes por looking up at him).
i don’t think it’s fair to say they’re conforming to stereotypes to please people, especially when they also have no problem acknowledging their previous role like leeghlai or switching roles whenever fans ask for it at events (they like it too).
i feel like there’s a lot of hypocrisy sometimes too. i notice that whenever por shows his muscles (ie. more masculine, like hia por), and teetee appears smaller wearing soft makeup (ie. hunched, more feminine), people start calling por the top and tee the bottom… but i thought the stereotype we’re all trying to break is that the shorter and cuter person doesn’t need to be a bottom, and the bigger cooler person doesn’t have to top…
at the end of the day it shouldn't matter at all and let's not implicate them as people pleasers who can't think and say things for themselves
