@Getaround I booked a car for July 4th weekend. CS tells me to cancel after my rental began bc the last driver wants to keep long-term. I'm stranded with very few cars available. I rebook another car at double price and CS says I'm not eligible for a refund. You stranded me!
@Zipcar I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone for three full days, and no response. Calls, emails, customer service portals. Has anyone else had that issue?? I need help!!
