I’m going to let you in on a little secret:
There is no nuclear deal.
The Vance team doesn’t actually care about a nuclear Iran. Many of them have long argued that they’d be fine with Iran having nuclear weapons. Some of them have even argued that the world would be better off if Iran had nuclear weapons.
But Vance and friends need to promise a nuclear deal to achieve their real goal — a U.S. retreat from the Middle East.
That’s their real goal—not preventing Iran from getting nukes or reducing Iranian sponsored terrorism or containing Iran in any way.
All they care about is ensuring U.S. geographical retreat.
ATROCIOUS & UNCONSCIONABLE
Under an atrocious part of this unfolding deal, Israel’s PM and Lebanon’s President will be forced to make a decision by our government that is truly outrageous if not unconscionable: either defend your country and protect your citizens from Iran backed Hezbollah terrorists or fall in line behind an agreement that ensures Hezbollah’s survival and protection. And if they don’t fall in line they will face incredible pressure and public ridicule. We already saw some of this.
Of COURSE Israel and Lebanon will choose the safety and lives of their citizens over some deal that is unenforceable as against Iran and Hezbollah, certainly in the near future. Their interests don’t align with Iran’s nor apparently our interests. Why the hell would we do this?
I remind you Hezbollah has maimed and murdered thousands of Americans. WE have done nothing in 45 years to confront it. Only Israel has. Isolationism and appeasement suck.
Why are so few speaking out against this absurdity? Even Obama didn’t do this. Both Israel and Lebanon were intentionally sidelined in these American-led discussions. Terror-supporting Qatar and Pakistan enlisted as mediators! Mediators for Iran!
Again, no BS about disinformation or fake news. This is as real as it gets. Defend it.
As we watch this horrible situation in Israel unfold, Americans must face a stark truth: our tax dollars funded this.
Money is fungible, and many of the dollars we sent to Iran are being used to now kill innocent people.
This must stop.
Israel has every right to defend itself. I wish our friends well, but most of all I wish they weren’t fighting against weapons bought with our money.
My account was suspended for 24-hours for some BS “inauthentic activity”.
It was one of over 100 Jewish and Iranian accounts suspended for the same reason. We all criticized the Vice President handling of the Iran deal.
Mind you, I am a lifelong Republican and I worked very hard to get our President and Vice President elected.
This is the United States of America and I have the First Amendment right and if I want to criticize the Vice President and this Iran deal, I should be able to do so without fear of retaliation.
I’m glad my account was just restored, but this is some Twitter-days level BS.
Why is Israel in Lebanon?
Bottom Line Up Front - The UN is worthless.
This massive tunnel complex is located less than 1 mile from a main UN HQ element that is responsible for the disarming of Hezbollah. The UN provided map below is dated 30-03-2026 (link in first comment).
This tunnel complex is reported to be over 700 meters long and large enough to drive a standard passenger size vehicle down. It is filled with attack drones, missiles, and other military hardware, most of which has been provided by Iran.
Yesterday, both Donald Trump and JD Vance, told Iran that they are responsible for Hezbollah and need to control them. This is not an Israeli agression problem. This is an Iranian agression problem.
@JeredKenna@cornfeedhobo@chrislarsensf@justmoon@jespow I'm assuming you got the chance to give him your answer after the fact if you have his username here ?
It's funny how the questions that should be the easiest to answer stumble us the most lol
No damn country better interfere in our elections. Period. Amen. 100%. But we will influence (reportedly) who the prime minister of Israel will be in the October election there. Uh, what?
The relationship between the U.S. and Israel is not transactional, it is a long and vital partnership, but the next time you hear the tired question of "What does the U.S. get for $3.8 Billion to Israel," answer simply - RETURNS.
R – Research, Innovation, and the Combat Laboratory
Access to one of the world's most active laboratories for military innovation, where new technologies, concepts, and operational methods are developed, tested, and refined under real combat conditions. Combined with one of the world's leading defense technology and startup ecosystems, this environment generates technological advancements, operational insights, and innovation that would be difficult, expensive, and in many cases impossible to replicate through peacetime experimentation, exercises, simulations, or war games.
E – Economic Benefits
American jobs and manufacturing supported through purchases of U.S.-made military equipment, while strengthening the U.S. defense industrial base through joint production, co-development, and missile defense cooperation for the benefit of the U.S. military and American national security.
T – Technology
Access to military technologies refined in combat, from active protection systems and missile defense to counter-drone capabilities, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies.
U – Unique Understanding of Modern Warfare
Battlefield lessons drawn from one of the world's most active conflict environments, providing insights into urban warfare, tunnel warfare, missile defense, drones, battlefield medicine, artificial intelligence, and modern combat. These lessons help the United States adapt and prepare without having to learn them first through American casualties, American mistakes, or American wars.

There's something in here that I see often in the MOU conversation that I have to bring up:
Yes, it doesn't ultimately matter what Israel thinks IF we (Israel) weren't part of the deal without our interest in being in the deal. Rn the deal seems to be standing on something we are doing (eg. Lebanon). If that's the case, yes, it matters a lot what we think of the deal.
@Tyarchak@Average_NY_Guy Yeah because the Iron dome is 1 of 4 systems we use for interceptions: 1. Iron dome 2. Arrow 3 3. David sling 4. Jets.
You guys only talk about the Iron dome while the other 3 systems (which we make) defended the entire middle east.
@aking1023@BenjaminBadejo You don't supply the iron dome, you have a contract with us to produce the interceptors which we designed. We can produce them anywhere in the world but we obviously chose the US because of a partnership.
