On 12 November 2025, at approximately 15:50, Thai soldiers reportedly opened fire on Cambodian citizens who were staying in a tent shelter within the territory of the Kingdom of Cambodia, in Prey Chan Village, O Bei Choan Commune, O Chrov District, Banteay Meanchey Province. The incident resulted in the death of one Cambodian citizen and injuries to three others.
