As promised, I wrote out and translated the main quotes from The Insider's ru-language article:

"For 10 years now, U.S. diplomats, officials and intelligence officers around the world have faced mysterious incidents known as Havana Syndrome. It's like a paralyzing blow from some invisible force that renders them disabled for life: they can't concentrate, lose their balance on flat ground, and suffer terrible migraines. The US intelligence services have until recently said that they have no data on the involvement of other countries, but we managed to discover that the time and place of the attacks correlate with the travels of GRU officers from military unit 29155. Two victims saw members of 29155 before or immediately after the attack and identified them from a photograph. It was also revealed that the GRU-affiliated Military Medical Academy was studying the clinical effects caused by Havana Syndrome, and a key member of the 29155 group had received a government contract to develop acoustic weapons."

"Ivan Terentiev ("Lebedev") and his assistant Nikolay Ezhov ("Kononikhin") fly in first, arriving Vienna on October 11. A little later, on October 15, they are joined by Danil Kapralov ("Stepanov"). After a few seconds, Taylor lost consciousness.

When The Insider, 60 Minutes and Der Spiegel showed Taylor a matching photo of Egor Gordienko via intermediaries, he/she responded confidently: "Yes, that's him, I'm getting goosebumps right now when I look at that picture.""

"Meanwhile, Americans reporting bizarre health incidents are on the rise. In the summer of 2017, several victims appear at once in Guangzhou, some of them saying they heard a strange high-pitched sound unlike anything they had ever heard before. Victims have also complained of dizziness, blurred consciousness, headaches, short-term memory loss, insomnia and nausea. One victim also reported that she could suddenly lose her balance and sometimes felt sudden pressure in her ears. As a result, the U.S. State Department had to evacuate more than a dozen employees from Guangzhou.

Beijing also had similar incidents in 2017. At least one U.S. government employee, a Commerce Department official, reported strange sounds and sudden health problems - nausea, loss of balance, ear pain."

By the car she saw a tall, blond-haired man of thin build. Next to him was a girl, and they were very well dressed, as if they were going to a wedding or a play. From that day until now, Joy has had severe migraine attacks every day (which she had never had before). Her mind is foggy, she has trouble finding the steps when she goes down the stairs...

...U.S. investigators have not been able to determine what caused the incident. However, The Insider has learned that by a strange coincidence, GRU officers from unit 29155 were in Georgia at the time.

On September 30, 2021, General Andrei Averyanov, the head of 29155, went on a work trip. Simultaneously with him flew out of Moscow and his son Albert Averyanov, whom his father took to his unit a few years ago ...

...When Joy was presented with a photo of Albert Averyanov, she recognized him immediately:

...And on August 8, Averyanov, Dolganov and Puntus have another working trip, and again through Dushanbe. They returned only in two weeks. It was during these days, around August 15 and 21, that two serious incidents occurred with American citizens in Hanoi.

Around August 15 (the date is known roughly, but cannot vary significantly), 11 people were injured - two embassy employees, five Defense Ministry officials, and several special forces. According to our sources, one of the victims said that the symptoms were preceded by a deafening noise - "as if from a vacuum cleaner or a jet engine", after which he felt a tightness in his chest and a blurring of consciousness...

...According to our sources, a few days later, a new incident occurred: in the early morning of August 21, a CIA officer who had previously worked in Ukraine woke up with strange sensations. First he heard some low-frequency sound, and then it was as if there was an explosion in his head. He was one of the few who had undergone a medical examination shortly before the incident, so doctors were able to compare biomarkers in the blood before and after the incident and record neural damage...

...Before the attack, he ran ultramarathons, and after the attack, he could barely walk longer than 15 minutes and, by his own account, was 'functioning at 35%' due to blurred consciousness. The official diagnosis: neural network dysfunction and persistent dysautonomia as a result of brain injury."

"As is often the case in the GRU, the conspiracy failed the accounting department. On December 12, 2019, GRU Colonel Ivan Terentiev (aka "Ivan Lebedev"), Averyanov's deputy in military unit 29155, sent a letter with "explanations" to Andrei Chobotov, the head of the Russian president's anti-corruption department. In the letter, Terentiev explained why he did not include 100,000 rubles in the declaration of eligibility he was required to file as part of his promotion to a position in the presidential apparatus (having been exposed in The Insider's investigations, Terentiev could not continue operations in Europe and was sent into honorable exile as chief federal inspector for the Sakhalin region)...

...However, the 100,000 rubles in which the anti-corruption agency was interested was paid for something else, namely for work for the Foundation for Advanced Research, which is engaged in the "development and creation of innovative technologies" in the military sphere...

...And this is when Yezhov sent a document from which it follows that Ivan Terentiev handed over to the Foundation an "individual work" entitled "Potential capabilities of non-lethal acoustic weapons in military (combat) actions in the city"...

...perhaps the weapon was called acoustic for another reason: microwave radiation by the human ear under certain conditions can be converted into an acoustic signal (the Frey effect). It is this effect that most likely occurred in the case of the 'Havana Syndrome'."

"Now that our investigation has uncovered many direct indications that the incidents are linked to the operations of GRU Unit 29155, the U.S. authorities may rethink their attitude to the "Havana syndrome" and launch a full investigation into the incidents. The victims themselves also hope for this - not only because they do not like being made crazy, but also because they realize that if the U.S. authorities do not react to these incidents, they will continue.

It is hard to say exactly what the reaction will be, but attacks on diplomats while they are performing their duties, especially on embassy grounds, cannot be left without serious consequences."
