I love how intransparent and incompetent @Microsoft handles the difference between personal and work accounts. I'm currently in a loop: select personal/work -> enter password -> verify via SMS -> select personal/work. Great work, guys.

A mail client should really be able to shwo combined inbox / unread boxes for my accounts. I know, not everyone needs this, but it should be an option.
