Fangirl with your own means. If you have the money, go, enjoy, buy the merch, attend the events, and make those memories. But if you don’t have the money right now, you don’t have to force yourself.

Save up if it’s something you really want. Plan your budget and wait until you can afford it without borrowing money or putting yourself in debt.

Missing an event, not getting VIP, or not owning every merch doesn’t make you any less of a fan. You don’t have to keep up with what other fans are spending just to prove how much you love an artist.

At the end of the day, fangirling should bring you happiness not financial stress.

Enjoy your fandom within your means. Support in the ways you can. Save when you need to. And never go broke trying to prove that you’re a fan.
