No one saw this coming...
These teams would represent the American League in the playoffs if the season ended today:
Rays
Guardians
A's
Yankees
White Sox
Twins
How many of the six will actually advance to the postseason?
Best bet of the night for the NBA:
Spurs Team Total Over 110.5 -108
Game 1, where they only scored 102 points, could go down as a bit of an outlier for San Antonio. They shot just 28% from 3 and only had 18 free throw attempts.
Game 2, where they scored 133, saw those numbers jump to 41% from 3 and 33 FTAs.
While I don't think they get as high as 133, I think their numbers will be closer to the Game 2 performance.
They're one of the better 3-point shooting teams in the league + the Twolves have been near the bottom of the league in Opponent FTA Rate during the stretch run of the season and in the playoffs.
The teams ranking 1st and 3rd in pace during the playoffs also helps our case.

THE TORONTO RAPTORS ARE IN! 🦖
The Toronto Raptors are heading to the NBA Playoffs and will not have to be in the Play-In Tournament as they can’t finish lower than 6th in the East!
@JulianGuilarte1 What year did you visit Roger’s centre in Toronto ? The in stadium improvements over the last couple years have really improved the atmosphere .
Jays, which came within inches of beating an alltime great Dodgers team (and in many respects outplayed LA), are easily the best AL team now. Don’t @ me!
Jeff Teague wants to see Anthony Davis in Toronto because no one gives a f*ck about the Raptors, and Davis would hoop with no pressure.
