The Kotlin Toolchain is your unified entry point into Kotlin! 🚀
Create, build, run, test, and publish projects with a single "kotlin" command - no complex plugin wiring required.
Version 0.11 is out now as the official evolution of the Amper project.

@vergauwen_simon That's very awesome. Some (dummy) questions:
- Is it supported by both in Ktor server and client?
- Any constraints wrt to openapi support recently added?
Read how effect system compatibility is usually solved in Scala and how Sage went the other way around - by using Kyo as the building block. This is really an absolute genius Trojan horse! 😀

What's an important announcement without a blog post that dives into the full details? Nothing, I tell you!
So here's all you need to know about the move from Amper to Kotlin Toolchain:

And of course, you also get lots of new features in this release!
The new QUERY method from RFC 10008 dropped. For all those times you wanted to use GET with request bodies but had to resort to using POST for retrieving data with request bodies.
Even better it's available already since #Ktor 3.4.0! 🔥 #kotlin

I really like Spine by OpenSavy and @ivcanet.
It offers a really cool and ingenious way of defining typed endpoints in #Kotlin for @JetBrainsKtor that you can share between server and client! 🔥
It just moved to beta with in 0.11.0 release Check it out!

I stopped waiting for the perfect UML tool and just built it myself. 🛠️
Meet kUML – a passion project I’ve been dreaming about for years, built entirely in #Kotlin.
It’s still a work in progress, but the core is rock-solid and the feature set is already bigger than most tools on the market today. If you do UML, SysML, or C4 modeling, this is for you.
Features and roadmap in the reply below! 👇
What's your biggest pain point with current modeling tools?

The projects produced by the KMP wizard are now also pushed to a GitHub repo, so you can monitor what exactly in there changes over time. (See the different branches for the different configurations!)

The Uuid type in the standard library is now stable with Kotlin 2.4!
Work with v4 and v7 UUIDs, easily, with multiplatform support.
I made this overview video when the type was first introduced: https://t.co/c043BfV2AM
And then more API updates in 2.3: https://t.co/AMuSoBZc0e

Man würde ALLE Beteiligten angreifen.
